Information you send us

When you submit an estimate request or job inquiry, the details and any yard photos you choose to upload are saved in PDR Landscaping’s private administrative inbox so we can review and respond to you.

Submitted yard photos are for private estimate review and are not automatically added to the public gallery. Please include only the information needed for your inquiry. Do not send sensitive personal or payment information. Our hosting providers process submissions and technical information to operate the website and limit spam. Fonts are hosted on this website.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and count successful estimate requests. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device and interactions with this website. Our estimate-request tracking does not send your name, phone number, email, property address, message or uploaded photos to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled in our website tag. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

For questions, call (423) 747-7458. The customer portal uses separate customer accounts approved by PDR. It stores your approved sign-in email and phone number, protected one-time verification details, a necessary sign-in cookie, and work requests. When you request a sign-in code, we send it through our email delivery provider, or our text verification provider when available. Codes expire after 10 minutes and are limited to prevent abuse. We do not require a password. Your portal shows approved service history for your assigned properties. PDR reviews work requests and may respond through the portal; submitting a request does not confirm a booking or charge. We do not collect payment card details in the portal, and online payments are not enabled there. Contact us to correct your details, request access changes, or close your portal account.
